This brewed sake with the essence of Japanese sake brewed in Kimoto making, which is the original manufacturing method of bamboo.

Using natural lactic acid bacteria and yeast, it is a brewed Honjozo shu made "Kimoto" brewed over labor and time.
It is a sake with a good taste of rich flavor and sharpness, with strong taste of bamboo and firmness.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
