The world is full of Ginjoshu with a fragrant aroma,
If you enjoy drinking with meals, we recommend choosing a reasonably fragrant sake.
Sawanotsuru sticking to rice makes a lot of sake that tastes good for the dish.
Please enjoy it as a sake during a meal.

Jukai

History and culture, Nada's brewed alcohol that is transmitted to me now. "It began with the seventh Ikawa Danjuro's signature." Nada's local sake that I drank in the upper Tempo year (circa 1840). From the brewery, he was entrusted to signing a barrel, and wrote the letter of the haiku "Jukai" and the three-square which is the family crest of the Ichikawa family. "Jukai" is said to be the oldest trademark currently being registered.
