Sawanotsuru's "Sake lees of JunmaiDaiginjo sake" and It is a premium amazake made with "honey" collected by high school students in Sapporo from urban beekeeping.
Sake lees made from sake lees is rich in nutrients due to fermentation of aspergillus and yeast. By blending "honey", sugar is reduced and the taste is mellow and refreshing.

In the second installment, the package design has been redesigned with the aim of further promoting the SDGs.
With the motif of a bear that loves honey, which is unique to Hokkaido, the design has a three-dimensional effect that makes you want to pick it up.
From the perspective of "de-plasticization," the "labelless bottle," which has no PET bottle label, is a package that uses paper that uses 100% of the collected raw materials that have been certified for FSC recycling.
