Discerning sake that can only be tasted in the season

We squeeze the squeezed liquor (heat treatment), let it mature for a summer, and enjoy the mellow flavor of the bottle without burning.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
