Taste and features

A special Junmai shu that combines gentle sweetness derived from “mochi” and the fine taste unique to “ Yamadanishiki ”.

By using glutinous rice more than twice, we were able to create a rich and sweet liquor with a condensed “umami” flavor. The color of this liquor is a testament to the deliciousness of umami ingredients.

This liquor is a special Junmai shu made with 100% of Yamadanishiki. Expressed as “full-fledged sweet”, it is a high-quality sweet with a focus on manufacturing and ingredients.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
