Rice, water, a masterpiece of whole body sticking to making

A pleasant rear end which is similar to the atmosphere of Yamazato which reminiscent of rice horses spreading to the village of rice and reminiscent of hinoki and cedar. It is a gem of recommendation of Toji of Sawanotsuru who made full use of the natural taste of Nada's refreshing richness and refreshing sake.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
