The smell of a gentle barrel spreads gently

We brewed "barrel" which can be said as the origin of sake, with Junmai shu. 2016 Winner of the National Kanzake Contest Best Award! Recommended temperature is around 45 ℃.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
